Within the Miroglio group the production of polyester filament yarn is fundamental.

Started in 1981 to cover the inside needs of the group, this activity quickly expanded on both domestic and international markets. After conquering the European markets export are now growing in the whole world.

Today over 85 % of continuous yarns and spun yarns sales are made outside the Miroglio group.

 

This success is mainly due to three factors:

  • Investments, which are far greater than those of all other European manufacturers in this industry.
  • Flexibility and capacity to respond to the numerous and ever-changing market requirements.
  • Research and development of new products.

Miroglio Group has invested about € 150 million in the Yarn Division.
