Fabric for data transfer

The ribbon in the "Infineon Anorak" consists of PES and silver-plated copper makes possible to transfer data with electric signals.

The material of the ribbon consists of PES-texturized dtex 167 f 30 x 2 and additional blended yarns PES-texturized, dtex 167 f 30 with insulated conductive silver-plated copper monofilaments Ø 0,040 mm, dtex 123. With such ribbon systems specially manufactured jackets, garments and overcoats can be produced. For example, with the above "Infineon Anorak" music with an MP3-player can be played. Possible future application include, for example, anoraks for mountain climbers that check pulse and heart. Furthermore, in case of an emergency, the nearest first aid station would be active and the location of the victim would be transmitted by GPS

Fabric for ESD applications

The use of conductive piece goods during the assembly of electronic components (e.g. automobile industry) protects them from electrical discharge.

Silver-plated copper wires, coloured Individual colour requests can be met according to patterns or information from the RAL or Pantone colour chart. Measuring instruments to save colour values digitally are available. This guarantees the exact reproduction of customer-specified colours at any time. With a colourless coating, the colour of the specific base metal can be maintained. Textile wires are supplied on spools with a biconical or a straight flange. The minimum order for each colour is 20 to 50 kg, depending on the wire diameter
