By using professional combination
technology which puts non-poisonous, non-harmful paint powders smoothly and successively to the original spinning liquid, the paint powders are uniformly filling into fibers. The characteristics of it are bright color, wash-resistant and sun-resistant. Hence it not only possesses the excellent nature of normal viscose fibers, but also overcomes shortcomings of discharge of waste water in the process of finishing and color difference among batches of cloth. As a result the environmental raw materials, production process and products are realized.

So far, Egret brand has already produced dull continuous viscose filament yarn made from wood pulp. In case customers ask for wood pulp we can check with Egret and may be with other brands. In fact most of Chinese viscose filament yarn are made from cotton pulp – reasons are: available quantity and quality of wood pulp and also technical reasons.
Please note that cotton pulp viscose has the better tenacity (better performance in terms of "conditioned dry tenacity" and "conditioned dry elongation" and wood pulp viscose is a better performer in dye affinity.
