Fancy Effects

Fancy yarns are produced by different machinery:

1. Chenille machines
   The final product is chenille yarn.
   

2. Hollow-spinning machine
   The final product is a hollow-tube yarn with or without fibers in the core.
   

3. Crochet machines
   The final products include feather yarn, tape yarn, centipede yarn, ping pong yarn, pine tree-like yarn, ladder yarn, etc.
   

4. Twisting machines
   There's three-roller type, four-roller type and five-roller type machines. Final products include boucle yarn, loop yarn, frisé yarn, slub yarn, etc.
   

5. Drawing machines. 
   The final products include big-belly yarn, rovering yarn.
   They are mainly used in hand-knitting, sweaters, upholstery fabrics, scarves, gloves, carpets, throws, blankets etc
   

6. Texturizing machines.
   The final products include knit de knit yarns (KdK), spun effects on filament yarns (Pontella)
   

7. Flocking
   The final product is a flocked yarn for high end automotive seating fabrcs, office chair fabrics, upholstery etc.
   

8. Coated yarns
   These yarns have a core of a high tenacity polyester or a twisted glass yarn - the are mostly extrusion coated with either PU or with PVC. Alternatively the coating can be done by solvant based dip-coating PU, PVC or Fluoropolymer.
